Claudia’s passion for nutrition, innovation, and growth drives her commitment to ensuring Sow Good, Inc. produces the highest quality products with a dedication to sustainability, health, and community. Claudia’s operational and finance management expertise stems from her time as COO of Prairie Dog Pet Products and at the North American Development Bank for wastewater treatment.
Ira Goldfarb

Ira Goldfarb

Founder and Executive Chairman

Ira has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, from retail stores in the clothing and pet spaces to food manufacturing. In 2012, Ira founded Prairie Dog Pet Products, LLC, a leading freeze dried pet treat manufacturing company, and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2020, when he sold the company.

Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining the Sow Good team, Keith was the Executive Vice President of Business Operations at NEC Corporation of America (“NEC”) in Irving, TX. Before this role, he spent eight years as NEC’s CFO, and for four of those years, he managed the IT department. Prior to NEC, Keith was the Treasurer for five private and public companies, two of which he helped take public and were subsequently sold.

Dir of Sales and Branding

After graduating from Georgetown with a bachelor’s degree in neurobiology, Lexie worked as a legal analyst at a high-stakes commercial litigation firm in NYC. Lexie’s diverse academic and career pursuits, combined with her passions for food, entrepreneurship, and health, has well-positioned her to bring a blend of verbal and analytical expertise and creative market insight to Sow Good.

Melissa Breslin

Melissa Breslin

Controller

Melissa Breslin is a seasoned Controller with over 15 years of experience working with both private and public companies.  She has extensive experience working in manufacturing environments specializing in product costing, inventory controls, and creating meaningful financial reporting to facilitate process improvements and cost savings.  Prior to joining the Sow Good team, Melissa was the Controller at Barton Watch Bands, an eCommerce business specializing in interchangeable watch bands.  Prior to Barton, Melissa was Division Controller for Dallas Manufacturing Company, a manufacturer of pet beds and other pet home décor products.
