Ira has extensive experience in entrepreneurship, from retail stores in the clothing and pet spaces to food manufacturing. In 2012, Ira founded Prairie Dog Pet Products, LLC, a leading freeze dried pet treat manufacturing company, and served as its Chief Executive Officer until 2020, when he sold the company.

Lexie Gutierrez
Dir of Sales and Branding
After graduating from Georgetown with a bachelor’s degree in neurobiology, Lexie worked as a legal analyst at a high-stakes commercial litigation firm in NYC. Lexie’s diverse academic and career pursuits, combined with her passions for food, entrepreneurship, and health, has well-positioned her to bring a blend of verbal and analytical expertise and creative market insight to Sow Good.

Matthew Bryant
Interim Dir of Accounting
Prior to Sow Good, Matthew was a Vice President at Entourage Effect Capital. His previous experience also includes co-founding Drive Casa LLC, a subprime auto sales and finance company based in Dallas, TX. While at Drive Casa, he served as the Company’s CFO and helped grow the startup into a scalable, multi-location business. Prior to Drive Casa, Matthew worked for J.P. Morgan in their investment banking division.
